Training Harder

Since I am getting serious about gaining the extra 10 pounds of muscle, and giving myself a year to gain it, I have really buckled down and kept my diet consistent along with my training. I have continued cycling my kre-alkalyn creatine, am now consuming over 200 grams of protein a day, and exceeding 2100 calories a day. Also, I started a new supplement that I will take for 8 weeks called Jungle Warfare to see how well it can help with my muscle gains. So far I have another 2 months until the 6 month mark and I can’t wait to see how I will look after the year is over so this will all be worth it, then it’s on to the next goal!
Competition Diet & Supplements

My diet is key when training for a competition, it will keep my fat percentage down so I can see my hard work, along with helping with my gains so I can properly keep muscle on. In the mornings and early afternoon I consume my carbohydrates and most of my calories so I have plenty of energy for the hard workout that day. After 2pm I eat lean protein and veggies, avoiding fruit and carbs so I don’t have anything that will turn to sugar and fat while I sleep and become more sedentary. I have increased my calorie intake to over 2200 and my protein to 240 grams to gain the much needed 10 pounds of lean uscle.
I have started taking a mild testerone booster called jungle warfare to get a jump on gaining lean muscle, along with green tea, glutamine, kre-alkalyn creatine, multivitamin, and glucosamine.
